Our Manufacturing Process

PE Pipe Manufacturing Process

Step 1

Extrusion

The resin mixture is fed into an extruder, which heats and melts the resin to create a uniform molten material. The molten resin is forced through a specially designed die to form a continuous tube-like profile known as a "parison."

Step 2

Calibration and Sizing

As the molten parison exits the die, it passes through a calibration tool that helps control its outer diameter and shape. Sizing sleeves or vacuum calibration tanks maintain the parison's dimensions as it cools and solidifies.

Step 3

Cooling and Solidification

After passing through the calibration process, the parison enters a cooling stage where it is exposed to controlled cool water. This cooling process rapidly solidifies the molten plastic.

Step 4

Quality Control and Testing

Rigorous quality control measures are implemented throughout the manufacturing process including visual inspection, dimensional checks, and pressure testing.

Step 5

Printing and Marking

Pipes are marked with essential information including the manufacturer's name, pipe specifications (diameter, pressure rating), and relevant standards.

Step 6

Packaging

Finished pipes are packaged for storage and transportation to construction sites or distribution centers.

Step 1

Material Selection

Choosing appropriate plastic materials including HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE based on strength, flexibility, and cost requirements.

Step 2

Extrusion

Plastic material is melted and formed into a continuous film using an extrusion process.

Step 3

Film Formation

The flat plastic film is cooled and solidified. Multiple layers may be used for required strength.

Step 4

Bag Making

Cutting, sealing, folding, and seaming processes to form the final bags.

Quality Assurance

Our manufacturing process is specially taken care within house quality control to ensure that the end product meets quality, reliability to the climatic condition of the region. Non-destructive testing methods, including visual inspection, dimensional checks, and pressure testing, are conducted to ensure that the pipes meet industry standards.
